Biography

In his role at XtremeTech Group, Richard leads the Design and Implementation of robust digital solutions that power mission-critical operations across industries such as Utilities, Identity Management, and Fintech. He is responsible for shaping the company’s Technology Architecture, overseeing Product Development Lifecycles, and aligning engineering practices with business goals.

Prior to joining XtremeTech Group, Richard held technical roles at several International startups and organizations, including LuraVPN (U.S.), Promptmaster (Hungary), and Okra Technologies (Nigeria). Across these roles, he built and scaled secure, high-performance systems—from AI-powered bots and microservices to financial APIs and data leak detection platforms—earning a reputation for delivering solutions that are both innovative and commercially impactful.

Richard is highly proficient in a wide range of Technologies, including AI Software Development, Node.js, Python, Golang, TypeScript, ReactJS, Docker, AWS, GraphQL, and MongoDB. His engineering style is defined by clean code, scalability, and a commitment to agile development practices.

A graduate of Swansea University, Wales, UK, and an alumnus of Chantilly High School, Virginia, USA, Richard combines a global educational background with a strong passion for emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud-native infrastructure. Outside of work, he enjoys music production, product design, and exploring new ideas at the intersection of technology and creativity.
