Biography

Patricia's career in Social Services, along with her expertise in Project Management, has provided her with a unique perspective on overseeing operations in a diverse and dynamic environment. Patricia holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management from Algonquin College, a Diploma in Addiction & Community Social Services from Willis College, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos.

Before joining XtremeTech, Patricia gained hands-on experience in various community-focused roles, including her work as a Shelter Support Worker with the City of Ottawa and a Community Reintegration Worker with John Howard's Society Ottawa. She has successfully managed projects, overseen outreach programs, and developed tailored support plans, making her well-equipped to tackle operational challenges in the tech industry.
